Trivia 16 BUH formed in 1986 and consisted of Jimmy, bass- Mikael, guitar- Frank, drums- and Magnus on vocals. In the early 90's, Magnus younger brother Fredrik joined the band as the second guitarplayer. Since two of the guys already played together in Rövsvett, the making of the bandwas pretty easy. Through the years the band recorded two tapes, one ep, two lp's (one which was never released) and was on a bunch of splits and compilations. For obvious reasons 16 BUH played most of their gigs in Sweden, but also played in Norway, Denmark, Holland , Belgium and Switzerland. Some of the bands they played with include: No Security, Raped Teenagers, Disaccord, DTAL, among others. Even though they never achived world wide fame or recognition, it still was a blast. The stories that could be told from those days are too numerous to mention, so we save them until some other time, ok!? Let's just say it was a fun ride and lots of drinks were had with lots of cool people (and some weirdos) along the way. But all good things have to come to an end, and in '94 16 BUH broke up. In november '04 they decided, just for the hell of it, to play one more time. The gig was in their hometown Tranås with Bombdolls and Slaktattack. It was great, but it was also the last time the band played together. As for the bandmembers, Mikael still plays bass in Rövsvett, as well as playing the drums in Striker where Jimmy's handling the bass. But for 16 BUH it's over and out. Löken have besides also played with Horse Laugh and Still The Same. He also started his own label, Fetvadd records Compilations: CD Bands only a Mutha could love (Mutha rec.
