Trivia Formed in Umea, Sweden early 1996. First 7"EP "Fuck MTV" out in December that year. Released first LP "The Vectors" in 1998 (but it was censored by the German label, and the band never worked with them again). Released "Rape The Pope" 7" EP in the summer of 2000 on their own label and recieved death threats and hate mail from christians and pro-life activists for the pro-choise title track. In November 2003 the second LP "Still Ill" was released on Busted Heads Records. The third album "Good Fuck - Bad Fuck" will be out late 2006. The Vectors have toured Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Holland and Germany and will tour europe again. Other compilations: DIGGY DIGGY DEAD DLP/DCD Includes Rape The Pope. Released by Rubble Records on July 4th 2005 as 500 Double Vinyl LPs and 1000 Double CDs. MAIN MAN: A TRIBUTE TO DEE DEE RAMONE CD Includes Everyone's Against Me. It comes with the book Rock In Peace: Dee Dee And Joey Ramone by Jari-Pekka Laitio. The CD is also available separately from AMP Records. 2004. CLOSE UP MAGAZINE ISSUE #63 FREE CD Includes Don't Need Nothing. Only available free to subscribers of the magazine in November 2003. SAMLINGSKASS1 MC Includes Don't Need Nothing. Released by SIK Records in 250 no:d copies. December 2002. BURN IT ALL AWAY CD Includes We Are The New Plague and Spit on You (different mix). Mind Explosion, 2002. THE INTERNATIONAL PUNK ROCK BOX SET 10xCD Includes Kill. The biggest international punk rock compilation ever with more than 300 bands on it. V/A - SWEDISH SINS '99 CD (JAZZ 014 CD) We're on many V/A compilations, but this one features the exclusive track Apocalypse. Released by White Jazz in February 1999. |
